Meet T'Wana Wilson

​​​T’Wana B. Wilson is a compassionate holistic health advocate and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering individuals and families on their journey toward balance, peace, and overall well-being. Holding a Master of Science in Health Promotion and a Post-Master's Certification in Applied Educational Psychology - ABA, T’Wana is looking forward to continued growth and knowledge in the future by pursuing a Doctoral degree in Holistic Health from HPOC University.

 

Residing in Beaumont, she brings a wealth of experience as a Certified Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Coach, offering a healing presence and holistic support to those seeking to cultivate wellness in their lives. Driven by the belief that embracing our health unlocks the power to heal ourselves and those around us, T’Wana’s work is grounded in the philosophy of self-empowerment.

 

T’Wana’s own personal journey has been one of overcoming significant health challenges, including PCOS, Hashimoto’s disease, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. These conditions, which can present difficulties in both personal and professional life, have given T’Wana a unique perspective on the importance of self-care and holistic wellness. Her experiences have fueled her passion for supporting others through similar struggles, helping women navigate their own health journeys with resilience and empowerment. Her advocacy extends to her role as Director at Large with 22q Texas, where she champions initiatives that promote awareness and empower families affected by developmental differences.

 

T’Wana is also the proud author of The Chronicles of BLUE: Me, You, and 22q, a heartfelt book that reflects the journey of her son, Kaymon, who lives with 22q, autism, sickle cell, and epilepsy. This work is a testament to her deep commitment to supporting families and nurturing understanding and compassion in the face of complex challenges. As a devoted wife, mother of three, and passionate entrepreneur, T’Wana brings her expertise as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) and her background in pediatric behavioral therapy to her work as a Behavioral and Mental Health Specialist. She specializes in supporting children and youth facing mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges, utilizing holistic approaches that foster resilience, healing, and growth.

 

T’Wana also serves as the president of the Beaumont Chapter of Holistic Professionals of Color, an organization dedicated to promoting integrated wellness in the community. Through this platform, she helps connect individuals to a supportive network of holistic professionals who offer guidance and tools for living well and thriving in every aspect of life. Her advocacy extends to community involvement through organizations like Iota Phi Lambda, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc., and the Order of the Eastern Star.

 

T’Wana actively volunteers as a proposal reviewer for conferences focused on strengthening communities and advancing holistic health. Her mission is clear: to inspire hope, foster healing, and empower families to live healthy, balanced lives, cultivating communities that thrive through collective wellness, knowledge, and healing. With a heart full of compassion and a deep commitment to well-being, T’Wana’s personal journey is a testament to the power of holistic care in transforming lives. Through her work, she continues to uplift others, inspiring them to embrace their own power to heal and flourish.
