Meet Shay Koloff

​

Shay Koloff is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma born and raised. She found the holistic lifestyle through a life changing event, when she became a mother in 2016.

 

Her life threatening experience with childbirth pushed her to learn about health. In 2018, she began volunteering in a community garden. Sparking her green thumb, things grew wild! She had a two bed gardens built and learned to grow her own herbs, became certified in Herbalism in 2022 and opened her own store that same year in colorful Colorado Springs.

 

She moved in 2020 with her family to seek a better place for her healthy and holistic efforts and became the first blacked apothecary in the city within 2 years of her move. Her impact and strength in community bipoc education and herbal resource access, which  led her to HPOC in 2024. Her company Zenith Moon Co. LLC is an herbal product company that specializes in alcohol free products and customizable remedies for individualized needs.
