Meet Sharice Milton

Sharice Milton, NLP, Herbalist, RMA

Sharice Milton is a native Texan, who served the South Carolina Community for thirteen years as one of the pioneers for the state’s Community Health Worker initiative. She has over twenty-two years of experience in the healthcare field. She served as a licensed Registered Medical Assistant in the specialty of Cardiology for seven years, where her awareness of chronic disease prevention became relevant on a daily basis.

Sharice completed her Bachelors of Science in Administration and Bible, at Columbia International University. Her hopes of serving those perplexed about living with health disparities in her community reaffirmed her desire to the behavioral health field once returning to Texas three years ago. Excited to educate and reinforce individual capacity building with the knowledge of mental health and overall wellness, she has served in multiple modern Behavioral Health practices.

After an extended time in Senegal, Africa, where she developed a fascination for herbs, she secured a certification in Herbalism and Neuro Linguistic Programming and was recently appointed President of the Killeen Chapter for Holistic Professionals of Color. Contributing to the efforts of the Triple Aim Initiative and holistic wellness, she is diligently working to promote awareness and accountability by providing a link between healthcare providers and the community. Her
motto is: “If you know better, you can choose to do better.”
