Meet LeAnda Roshae

LeAnda Roshae was born and raised in Anchorage, AK. She became a teen mom and shortly after joined the Army to give herself and her baby a fighting chance in life. Growing up in a challenging environment marked by abuse from a young age, she learned to rely on her own resilience and discovered the power within herself to overcome. Balancing motherhood with a deep-seated desire to help others facing similar struggles has always been her mission. Assisting those facing homelessness,
addiction, and the trials of young motherhood, her journey has shaped her commitment to serving the underprivileged.

In 2020, a pivotal moment guided by divine intervention deepened her faith further. When approached by a woman seeking to have her adopt her children to prevent them
from entering foster care, LeAnda was led to adopt the newborn moments after birth, along with their sibling, becoming her fourth and fifth children. Through this experience, caring for a child born addicted, she gained insights into the impact of environment, lactation, herbalism, and conditions like Autism and ADHD. This inspired her to pursue extensive training in Certified Life Coaching, Spiritual Coaching, Holistic Mental Health, Coaching, Meditation Teaching, Reiki Mastery, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy, Herbalism, Marma Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Lactation Consulting, and Yin Yang Yoga Teaching. Integrating these practices into her life coaching, she founded Coaching the Lifestyle to facilitate profound, lasting change. Her personal journey emphasizes her commitment to helping others overcome adversity and reclaim their health and vitality. Currently pursuing a PhD in Metaphysics and Natural Medicine, alongside a Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology, she continues to deepen her understanding and practice.

As President of the HPOC Houston Texas Chapter, LeAnda considers it both a privilege and an honor to lead. The mission is clear: to heal ourselves and our communities,
following the principle of each one, teach two. In this pivotal time for societal and cultural healing, she embraces this challenge with humility and determination to empower others to reclaim their power and health. As we heal may we encounter change and not just a one day or two-day change but a LIFESTYLE of change
